Superior Cyberacme Season 1 level 75 reward

I did not receive credit for the S1 Level 75 codex entry. I'm more than a bit annoyed that players who didn't have to work are being showered in free kits, while I don't even get the one that I earned. A "wipe" is supposed to put players on a even playing field.
I had to stop playing solo queue because I ran into two teams of two and one team of three who were all clearly coordinating but not using proximity voice chat. You need to take a hard look at matchmaking and explicitly seed players that queue simultaneously in separate instances. Pre-formed groups were ruining Cryo; now they are ruining Solo.
I was excited for this season and about to grab the reward pass. I am seriously reconsidering that purchase.
This is not a great start to S2.

Regarding the issue you are having with the kit you were supposed to receive, we've received reports of the issue and are investigating the underlying issue further.
This still has not been fixed. I earned the Superior reward last season and it was never delivered. To be clear about why the delay matters: this reward loses value with every day that passes, so each day without a resolution makes the problem worse, not just longer.
I'll be honest. I don't think carry-over rewards should exist at all. But the fact that they do exist and I still wasn't given what I earned is doubly frustrating.
The reset also undermined what made last season great. Sponsored Dire Marsh was one of my favorite modes precisely because everyone started on a level playing field. I expected Season 2 to be a fresh start across all maps, and that never happened.
I'd like a concrete answer: when will the Superior reward be delivered, and will its diminished value be compensated?
