Black screen after login - Xbox
After updating my game I was able to login and accept the new terms. Following that I'm stuck at a black screen with the music playing. I've tried a number of things including clearing caches, restarting the console as well as reinstalling the game. Nothing has changed. The game boots up fine and as soon as it logs in it's just a black screen. Any help would be appreciated. This is on xbox series X.

Same. Posted about it yesterday. They were responsive and acknowledged the bug, but had no advice as of yet. Clipped and shared a video for them last night. Posting thread below for you all to monitor with me :-/

I also tried loading up the game on xbox cloud gaming and have a similar result. I do see the loading symbol watermark in the bottom of the screen when running on cloud.

It definitely seems like an account + xbox issue. I don't have any issues with my account as far as I can tell on the site. I was curious and bought the game for PS5, booted up without any issues. I tried to go back to xbox after and still a black screen.
D2 clanmate now has same issue on xbox
