Account Issues
Hello,
Following the most recent update, my profile seems to be completely corrupted on the server side. This is preventing me from playing Marathon or accessing my account data.
Symptoms:
On Xbox: When launching the game on my account, the loading icon moves exactly twice, then completely freezes, and the screen darkens (no error code). My husband can play perfectly on his profile on the exact same console, ruling out hardware or local network issues.
On the Bungie Website: I can successfully log into Bungie.net with my platform account, but the moment I click on Account Settings, the website throws an error screen and crashes.I have already cleared my Xbox console cache, re-downloaded my profile, and wiped local saved data to no avail. Because the website account settings page also crashes, this is clearly a backend database or authorization token issue specific to my profile.Could a Bungie Mentor or Support agent please look into my account and manually refresh my database profile or permissions?

You're not the only one. Several threads with same issue. No fix yet
To add to this, my profile and game both work on Steam. Only xbox is affected, for me at least, which is of course my main (and typically only) platform of choice.
I'm limited to Xbox only for Marathon. Fomo very frustrating given Cryo mode has a time limit
Totally agree. I feel for you, man. I main xbox. Own 3 games on steam for crossplay purposes. I don't like playing on PC, but I did it to try it out. Have played for like an hour or so overall since launch. Hoping for a quick fix (for your sake especially)...
I have a D2 clanmate who now has the same issue
I hate to say I feel better knowing it isn't just me, but it's true. I just don't understand how it's not a console-wide issue. I honestly expected tons of xbox'ers to say it was happening to them, but I've seen like 10 between here and Twitter...
