Troubleshooting Destiny 2 Pre-order Items
Destiny 2 players having issues locating their Destiny 2: Marathon Pre-order Pack items are recommended to try the following individual steps, and then check the Special Deliveries terminal in the Tower:
Log out and back into Destiny 2 after pre-ordering Marathon.
Confirm that the pre-order went through successfully on the chosen platform.
Confirm that the platform account that pre-ordered Marathon is connected to the same Bungie.net profile as their Destiny 2 account, then log back into Destiny 2.
