Q: I did not receive my voucher code!

A: Digital game codes, including pre-order instant rewards, will be delivered electronically within 24 to 72 hours starting January 20th, 2026.

Q: I received my voucher code, but it doesn't work!

A: To redeem your voucher, please use the following instructions:

PlayStation

Please note: Two voucher codes will be sent to players who purchase the Marathon Collector’s Edition + Marathon Playstation Deluxe Edition. Players will receive one code for their Destiny 2 Rewards pack, redeemable immediately on their platform. Players will receive a separate code for Marathon Deluxe Edition that is not redeemable on their platform until March 5th, 2026 at 8:00am PT. Players who try to redeem their game code prior to this date and time will receive an error message.  

How to redeem a PlayStation Store voucher online

  1. Go to PlayStation Store and select your profile at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Redeem Code from the drop-down menu.
  3. Carefully enter the 12-digit code and select Continue. 
    The credit or content is now applied to your account.

How to redeem a PlayStation Store voucher via console

  1. Go to PlayStation Store and then press the triangle button to access the menu.
  2. Select … (More) > Redeem Code.
  3. Carefully enter the 12-digit code and select Redeem. 
    The credit or content is now applied to your account.
  4. Select Download to start downloading (you can also download later). 

PlayStation Voucher Code Redemption Troubleshooting

Xbox

  1. Sign into your Xbox console (make sure you're signed in with the Microsoft account you want to redeem the code with).
  2. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, then select "Home."
  3. Scroll right and choose the "Store" tab.
  4. Choose "Redeem."
  5. Enter the 25-character code, then follow the prompts. Don't worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.

Steam

  1. Launch the Steam client software and log into your Steam account.
  2. Click the Games menu option at the top of the Steam client.
  3. Choose "Activate a Product on Steam..."
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Q: How do I redeem my digital Marathon Deluxe Edition Pre-Order Pack?

A:  When you purchase the Marathon Collector’s Edition with Game Code, you will receive a game code from the Bungie Store, delivered electronically 24 to 72 hours after purchase. 

Upon redeeming your game code on the platform of your purchase (please see redemption instructions by platform above), the content will be added to your account. Upon release of the game on March 5th, 2026, players will be notified via the Marathon in-game mailbox of their items’ automatic delivery and availability through the Customization tab and will be available for use.

Players who purchase the Deluxe Edition for the PS5 will receive a separate platform voucher code to redeem their Destiny 2 Rewards pack. Please see above for instructions on how to redeem voucher codes for PlayStation. 

Q: How do I redeem bonus cosmetics?

A: Bonus Cosmetic codes can be redeemed on the Bungie Code Redemption page.

For Bungie Store exclusive Marathon Collector’s Edition Bonus Cosmetics:

Marathon Collector’s Edition exclusive bonus cosmetics redemption code will be delivered electronically starting March 5th, 2026. Players can redeem their code on the Bungie Code Redemption page. Cosmetics will be available through the Customization tab and will be available for use at the release of the game on March 5th, 2026.

For Destiny 2 Pre-Order Reward:

When you purchase the Marathon Collector’s Edition with Game Code, you unlock a collection of runner-themed accessories in Destiny 2. These items are available in-game immediately upon redeeming your game code on the platform of your purchase and can be picked up from the Special Deliveries terminal near Rahool in the Tower. 

Please note: players must link platform gaming account to the same Bungie account.

Players who purchase the Deluxe Edition for the PS5 will receive a separate platform voucher code to redeem their Destiny 2 Rewards pack. Please see above for instructions on how to redeem voucher codes for PlayStation

Q: HELP! Something is wrong/damaged/missing in my Collector's Edition!

Q: HELP! I'm receiving an error when I try to redeem my PlayStation code!

A: Marathon Deluxe Edition voucher code received from the Bungie Store will not be redeemable on the PlayStation platform until March 5th, 2026 at 8:00am PT. If you still receive an error message after this date and time, please contact PlayStation Customer Support for further assistance. 

Q: HELP! The LED lights on my statue are not turning on!

A: This product uses a USB-C port and requires a standard 5V USB power source. It can be powered from any 5V USB port (computer, power bank, or standard USB charger). USB-C fast-charging adapters (including 20v USB-C chargers) may not be compatible. To safely charge your product, please use the adapter in 5V 1A. Using an adapter that exceeds these specifications may damage the device.
