No Hitmarks/Damage to Runner

- Description of Issue - The runner was like a hologram and seemingly did not take any damage from a 20+ bullet close range salvo from a Bully SMG. I encountered another runner earlier in the runner and had no issues with hitmarks and downing them. I was unsure if to report them or if it was truly a bug.
