Ps5 error code ce-108255-1
Console has consistent errors when trying to load the game and cannot get past the sign in load up screen. Have tried all the direct fixes and all other options. Nothing is working, I’ve changed the system language and rebuild database, cleared the cache, reinstalled the game. And turned off HDCP

Also, please make sure your console has good ventilation. Overheating can trigger safety shutdowns that look like random crashes.
Several occurrences over the past hour between 11:30 am cst and 12:30 pm cst, no prior occurrence before today and was playing fine last night until about 2:00 am cst
I have 14 occurrences since 10:59 am cst relative to ce-108255-1
It seems to crash sooner each time I try
And only happens with marathon
Would very much like to play my favorite game, I am trying everything to changing dns codes and mtu numbers and switching between lan cable and WiFi
It also seems to be account specific, I’ve tried downloading marathon on another ps5 and playing but got the same error with ease. I am now playing on a different account (fresh to marathon) and am able to load into the game. I am still on another ps5 but why is it account specific?

I have had the same issue since day one of the new patch. I haven't been able to play at all, while I had literally played the previous night
I was playing during the new patch but went to sleep and woke up 7 hours later and tried it to no avail
Update: error still persists
I have done all of those things several times. And even tried playing on a completely different system with my account and I get the same error. It can’t be system based it has to be account based and I am thinking it has to do with the game files. Is there nothing you can do to look into this on a deeper level than just hardware based resets and fixes

Could you try restoring your licenses? Please follow the steps in this guide.
Let me know if the CE-108255-1 error still persists after trying this.
I re-did all of the prior steps earlier before leaving for work and reset my router after marathon re downloaded. I will go home and restore the licenses again soon and report back.
Truly enjoy this game and am grateful for the communication from the team, I hope to see this game thrive and I truly believe if GTA 6 was not coming out this year, that marathon would have a great chance at Game of The Year despite all of the negativity and shortcomings. Solid gameplay and constant updates with a bright future ahead I am excited to play more, I have over 1,000 hours already and would love to stream this game just for fun. I stay home from work to play this game lol
The error is still happening after all of the possible solutions, I just restored licenses and no change
Please do not tell me I have to start a new account, I have over 1,000 hours into the game already
Going to play on an alt account for now, hopefully this issue can be resolved. I was very much looking forward to my vip factions rewards this week
It sucks having limited access on this account, can’t go beyond cyberacme faction and don’t know any of my friends bungie tags. Fun playing with newer players at a lower level and not facing sweats though
The only fix that PlayStation has on their website for this error code is -
“Try and update your game”
Nothing more :)
Seems like I am banned in some sense but what for? I am not sure!
