Did my account get banned?
Good morning,
While playing this morning I was removed from the game while loading into a ranked match with two fill teammates. It gave me the error code "weasel" so I followed the steps on the help forum. Reset my router, PC, and reinstalled the game. The help page did mention that accounts that are banned get this error code, so I wanted to reach out and see if that were the case. I have never used cheats in any game and would like to appeal if so. I love this game and just want to keep playing. Thank you for your help!

We're seeing a rise in reports about Error Code: WEASEL occurring and are currently investigating. Error code: WEASEL typically signifies you’re encountering a broad networking problem.
In the meantime, please make sure your Windows is fully updated and if all else fails, please refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide for troubleshooting in case this is a proper Weasel error caused by network issues.
