Rubber band issue
Playing cryo, got security clearance 3 with no issues then while stsrting the first fight this happens.

Honestly I expect some compensation. This is unacceptable for me, playing cryo archive demands 5k loadout value and given the limitations on stock for grenades, weapons, shields it really sucks when I die because of this.

We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
If you see a small red icon on top right corner of your HUD, it means your connection to the game servers is unstable and some data (“packets”) is being lost. This can cause issues like delayed actions, rubber-banding, or shots and abilities not registering correctly.
When this icon appears, we recommend checking your connection (close downloads/streams, try a wired connection if possible, or restart your router). If the icon stays on for a long time, you may continue to experience lag until your connection improves.
To reduce the chance of this happening again, we recommend consulting our Network Troubleshooting Guide to explore potential solutions. If that doesn't help, the next step would be checking our Optimizing Connections page before starting higher‑stakes runs like Cryo.
