Pre Order Bonus not coming through
I pre ordered Marathon Delux Edition after playing the server-slam and was assuming the bonuses would come out with the full release of the game, However my friend also pre ordered yet he has the skins and I've seen others during matches with the skins too? Is there a issue stopping the skins coming through to my account?

Im having the same issue. nothing from the server slam or the deluxe edition is coming through
Same here. Deluxe PO and nothing has arrived.
I'm experiencing the same issue. I pre-ordered Marathon Deluxe Edition on steam, played the server-slam and have not received the pre-order bonus, deluxe edition rewards, or server slam rewards.
