I'm experiencing the same issue. I pre-ordered Marathon Deluxe Edition on steam, played the server-slam and have not received the pre-order bonus, deluxe edition rewards, or server slam rewards.

Same issue here. I pre-ordered Marathon on Steam and did not receive the pre-order, deluxe edition or server slam rewards on my steam account.
