Lost Crew Mic Chat

I was in the middle of game with crew and we were able to communicate when match first started. We lost communication a few minutes into middle of game and fights. We lost a bunch of gear and keys as a result. This is the second time this has happened to me. Need better reliability for voice chat service.

I have referenced that page and it is not related to that. This is an issue while in game, game audio is working but crew chat stops working. Once we left the game after getting wiped, the crew chat returned.

Thanks for following up. Please forgive me for the delayed response.

Could you please try the troubleshooting steps listed on this page?
- Players should leave their network MTU setting on "Automatic" (the default) for the best compatibility with voice chat and online features.
- If a player has manually configured their MTU, it should be set to at least 1,419 bytes. A value of 1,500 (the standard default on most networks) is recommended.
- Common causes of reduced MTU include VPN usage, IPv4/IPv6 tunneling, or manual network configuration on the console.
