Deluxe Edition, Pre-Order rewards and Twitch Drops not appearing
Hello,
I purchased the Marathon Deluxe Edition and also pre-ordered the game, but none of my rewards are showing in-game.
The following items are missing:
- Deluxe Edition rewards
- Pre-Order Pack rewards
- Twitch Drops rewards
My Steam DLC page shows that both the Deluxe Edition and Pre-Order Pack are installed, but the items are not appearing in the game.
I have already tried restarting the game and Steam, but the rewards still do not show up.
Could you please help check this issue?

We've gotten reports of players encountering issues accessing their deluxe rewards. We're currently investigating the underlying cause of this. In the meantime, Accessing and Restoring Licenses may help you to access your purchased content. Your patience and understanding while this is ongoing is appreciated.
As for the Server Slam Twitch Drops and Progression Rewards, they are expected to take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account. If you still haven't received it by then, please let us know.
