Game freezes after start screen (Xbox Series X)
Have been trying since reset to get into the game. Playing on Xbox Series X, game starts fine but freezes after the Start screen. Have tried again since maintenance ended, and rebooted my console, but still can't get in. Is this a known issue? Thanks!

We understand Marathon is freezing on boot for you. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this may have caused concern. By any chance, does Reinstalling Marathon resolve this issue for you?
If reinstalling the game doesn't impact this freezing issue, then please let us know if you see any error codes when this happens, and we'll review. Thanks.
Reinstalling now, will let you know. But game didn't progress far enough to show anything but the loading icon in the bottom right. No error codes bc it just feeezes, no disconnect.
Reinstalled, rebooted. Same deal. Freezes, no error code.
For reference: played fine before update. Also, seems to load fine on my Steam acct (minus no solo/duo for Vault Breaker, etc.) Didn't see this bug mentioned in the known issues Twitter post a bit ago, so.... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Thanks for your patience.
Concerning what you mention experiencing with Vault Breaker, IE being unable to access Solo or Duo, you may need to disable Crew Fill to play Solo Duo. If that doesn't let you play it either Solo or as part of a Duo, then do let us know.
Thanks for the suggestion. I did that for Sponsored Survival, so I am familiar with that method :)

I have exactly the same issue. Video looks identical to my start up on Xbox series X and series S
On Steam I cant even get it to boot past Battleye since update...
