Crashed on infil into perimeter and lost entire kit before reconnecting
after 4-5 successful runs I had a really strong loadout, until my entire crew was killed when 2 out of 3 of us crashed upon opening the map once we loaded in because another team spawned so close by. I feel I lost my loadout completely unfairly with a situation that was out of my control.

We understand you experienced a matchmaking issue in Marathon. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact which this incident may have had. If you haven't already done so, then you may wish to Optimize Connections and perform Network Troubleshooting. These steps have been known to prevent the recurrence of incidents such as that which you describe experiencing.
While we're unable to manually return lost gear, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

later in the same night I just had a match where me and one of my teammates had latency and we couldn't sprint and our damage was very delayed, causing us to lose a fight. losing two full loadouts to things out of my control on the same night is unacceptable
