Lost cryo run due to crash and subsequent baboon errors, freezing video and audio on reconnect loading screen
Just had an extremely demoralizing cryo loss due to repeated reconnect issues. My game crashed in the middle of a run after a big fight, and thenupon trying to reconnect my loading screen started to constantly freeze, audio bugged out, and then got a baboon error. My other two crewmates were able to exfill, forced to leave me behind after waiting more than ten minutes. I've attached a screenshot of the error, the run started at approximately 12:10am 5/17. It won't let me upload a screenshot and of the gear I lost for some reason but I can provide it. It included golds and missys, really sad this was my last cryo run for the weekend only to be ended by crashes and error codes. I don't know if its policy to refund gear over something like this, just hope it doesnt happen in the future. This is the second time I've lost an already won cryo run because of game breaking bugs. The other getting stuck in the wall of the compiler traces pit in control when using the assassin shadow dive, but i forgot to make a post when that originally happened.

Error code: BABOON is a general networking errors. We recommend you refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide to explore potential solutions to your problem. If that doesn't help, the next step would be checking our Optimizing Connections page. It is also strongly recommended that you use a wired connection (if you aren't already) to help resolve the BABOON error code.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
Should you encounter any bugs in game, please use your platform's capture button to take a video and follow the bug formatting guidelines in the FAQ. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link along with your report in the help forums and we’ll be glad to take a look.
