PSN network failure mid game
Hello, for some reason my connection to the PSN dropped while doing a run and since there was little time left I was unable to reconnect to exfil. Is it possible to get my loot back from that run?

We understand you experienced a connection issue during a run in Marathon. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact which this incident may have had. If you haven't already done so, then you may wish to perform Network Troubleshooting, as this will hopefully prevent such an incident from recurring when next you play the game.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems. If, however, you continue to experience this issue, then please let us know whether you see any error messages or codes when it happens, and we'll review.
How do I go about receiving lost starting loot?
