Cryp Archive Server Connection Error

My team and I were disconnected from a run on Cryo Archive about an hour ago. We could not move but could still shoot. The enemies were not taking any damage from our shots and then we all disconnected and go this screen. No matter how many times we refreshed, it would never reconnected and we lost everything we dropped in with and collected. I was playing on Steam and they were playing PS5.
4/4/2026, around 9pm on the east coast
We could not recreate the issue.

In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
