Opening beta rewards with full vault
I’ve been playing for about four hours and was stocking up my vault since I’d been getting pretty lucky with drops. I also received my beta rewards for reaching level 30, and without really thinking about it, I opened them.
Unfortunately, most of the items overflowed my vault, and then the vault reserves also overflowed, so I ended up losing most (if not all) of the rewards.
Is there anything that can be done to recover those items, or was this just an unfortunate mistake on my part?

Yes, I hope the solution will be found soon, since I like the game, but small things like this are mood killers
Same situation, had done some missions while waiting so vault had a decent amount in, then the level 10 & first contract rewards came through. Thought I was claiming the "box" to send to my vault, instead it instantly unpacked them into limited space in vault, then overflow and then saw a bunch of "item removed" notifications. Ended up with an overflow full of cores and implants, but never saw the weapons as they got removed along with a few other items.
Same thing happened to me. Will this be resolved automatically or will we need to reach out at a later date to rectify this?
It seems they kinda resolved it by resending the kits. Now we need to be catious about that, I guess
As someone that started playing with a friend today and had no idea this was a thing, I opened my Server Slam and Twitch Drops today. Everything went to the vault overflow and deleted itself so I have lost the sponsored kits and most of the bonuses.
Feels pretty bad.
Is there any chance I may be able to get these returned somehow?
