I got the items, but no Premium Reward Pass yet, though silk is already there

3. I didnt recieve lvl 30 beta rewards

Same story, vault was almost full, and there was a ton of rewards (white, green, and blue crates). I collected them all and in the end saw almost nothing in neither vault, nor overflow window. Mana...
