Error yam lost all my loot on cryo
I lost all my loot because an error yam, my connection is good i dont have any issues, just want to get back my loaduot :(

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
