The servers crashed right when I was about to extract, and they've been like that all weekend; it's awful to play

- Description of Issue - After being well-equipped and creating a purple and blue perimeter key, I was seconds away from extracting WHEN THE SERVER CRASHED. This screwed me and my team over. Even though my body remained in the extraction zone, I couldn't rejoin the match, and the extraction didn't even count. My teammates extracted and still lost their items too. After the exfil, I lost all my stuff. I got some frames on video that shows what I had... We've just opened 1 Purple and 1 Blue Key. Then, at the "aftermatch" screen, the report stuff, shows as if I've disconnected anywhere other than the exfill and lost all my stuff (which doesn't show either)...
- Rough Date and Time of issue - August 23rd around 10:09 PM GMT -3

I also have these screenshots showing that I can't play the game again after this happened. Every weekend it's impossible to play; whenever I lose valuable loot, it's not my fault, losing a fight, or my internet going down. It's literally because the same crap from the beginning of the season happens again. How are you going to compensate me for this, oh my god?
I'd like to get my stuff back ASAP!!!
