Lost purple kit and entire match to lagging/rubberbanding

At 5:20 pm PST on 8/2/27, I experienced terrible lagging and rubberbanding that cost not only my purple kit but also the match. Internet connectivity testing showed high speed, reliable connection. Believe a reimbursement is in order….
