Error code: Marmot persisting through reinstall

Bungie account name: Dogrules23#1449 Platform: Steam Description of issue: I start the game, BattlEye starts, the game gives me the error and it quits. This happens no matter what I do. Reinstalling, deleting all folders/files except packages, and verifying game files. I haven't played in weeks and I'm greeted by this. Rough date and time of issue: all day today Repro steps: installing the game on a SATA SSD and starting it
