Disconnected from match and can no longer log-in.

Hey there. I was playing in my usual trio tonight. We tried to load into a game on perimeter. My game froze trying to start matchmaking, but it started working again. When we finally found a match my game froze again and I got an error code that I can't remember sadly, followed by a second error code Weasel. My friends both got Ginger followed by weasel. One of my friends is still able to log-in, but my other friend and myself cannot. We are in an infinite loop of Weasel error codes any time we try to log in now. We've both tried the steps in basic and advanced troubleshooting and nothing works. Can we please get some help?

Error code: WEASEL typically signifies you’re encountering a broad networking problem. We recommend you refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide to explore potential solutions to your problem. We also have an Advanced Troubleshooting Guide, if the Network Troubleshooting Guide did not help.

    If the guides do not help, please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • Exact date and time of the first and latest failed login, with your timezone.
    • Your region
    • Your ISP name
    • Does this only happen at certain times of the day?
    • Do other accounts work on your console or PC?
