Bullets Not getting Registered at all !

My bullets hit enemy , their "shield getting hit" animation also comes but no damage at all .. it happens randomly , not every time but very frustrating when it happens with Snipers as it requires precision & managing those hits still leads to your team losing . Nothing more can demotivate a player than this thing . I have videos attached , one of video i have also paused in between to show my shotshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=suGzJ4eo5jY  . I also get red circle at the top right bottom in most games i play . If its server latency issue then atleast register a bullet even if its late registration but your servers count it as no hit . In call of duty i used to experience this " Ghost Bullet" thing in Call of Duty 4 Modern warfare days but they fixed it afterwards , even if latency is high bullets do register though milliseconds late . Im from Asia & i hv heard these issue with some american players as well .

    Thanks for the report.

    The red network indicator in the right corner of your clip suggests the match was experiencing poor network conditions. Those conditions can cause delayed or missing hit registration.

    Could you share some additional details:

    • The exact date and time this happened, including your time zone
    • Your platform (PC, PS5, or Xbox)
    • Whether you were on wired or Wi-Fi
    • A longer clip showing a few minutes before the issue, if you have it
    • The map/mode and where it happened
    • Whether this only happens with snipers or with other weapons too
    • Whether you saw any red or white network indicators in the top-right during the match

    I had more videos with V 75 Scar but i may have deleted them by now .. if an enemy is moving for example left to right in front of u .. not a single bullet gets registered .. though every bullet shows that their shield is being hit but no damage at all .
    - I don't remember the exact times but the latest one happened at like 8 PM India time
    - My platform : PS5
    - Connection : Wired
    - Map : Dire Marsh , Cryo Archive(latest) it may have happened in other maps too but i don't remember at the moment
    - Red Circle indicator , i also see white circle in very few matches

    Hi there,

    First, we recommend consulting our Network Troubleshooting Guide to help optimize your connection when playing. If that doesn't help, the next step would be checking our Optimizing Connections page to see if that helps resolve the latency issue.

    Following that, if issues still persists please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Restart your PS5 and your modem/router, then test again
    • If possible, try a few matches at a different time of day
    • Keep using a wired connection and avoid any downloads/streams on the network while testing
    • If the issue happens again, please note whether the red or white circle appears at the exact time the shots fail to deal damage

    If you’re able to capture another clip, please include:

    • the network indicator in the top right if it appears
    • the weapon being used
    • the enemy taking the shield hit effect but no damage

    If the issue continues after these steps, please send us another video and let us know the approximate time it happened so we can continue investigating.

    ok i'll do that . Regarding red circle , it stays there throughout the match, i play almost every single match with that red circle at top right corner. Few times i get white circle but it also stays there throughout the match
