VOIP not working.

Voice chat is enabled at all times with the in proximity volume being 9/10. All of my proper devices are marked as my default for all communications. It has been multiple weeks now, and I have not been able to hear any fellow runners in VOIP. I can greatly assume they can hear me just fine due to multiple occasions that I have still attempted to communicate and have been met with friendly gestures. When another runner is speaking nearby, I can see their name appear in red text but no audio can be heard from any other runner.

    Thanks for the report.

    If you’re using a Bluetooth or single-channel headset, please try testing with a wired headset or a 2-channel headset or device setup instead, as that has resolved this issue in at least one case. If possible, please also make sure voice chat is enabled and test with a different audio output device to compare. We'd also recommend checking out our troubleshooting guide if you have not already.

    If the issue continues after that, please let us know which headset you’re using.

  • I don't own other headsets. This kind of cope is unfortunate. My headset was able to hear other runners up until a certain point last month. Fix the game please, my headphones work on every other game I use it on.
