Marathon Progress Reset After Linking Steam and PlayStation Bungie Accounts
I need help with an account linking issue involving Destiny 2 and Marathon progression.
Before linking my accounts, I had:
Bungie Account #1:
Connected to my original Steam account
Contained my Destiny 2 progress on PC
Bungie Account #2:
Connected to my PlayStation account
Contained my Marathon progress
I wanted to link/merge my PlayStation and Steam accounts so I could use my Destiny 2 Steam progress on PlayStation.
However, after linking the accounts, my Marathon progression appears to have been reset or lost.

Thanks for reaching out.
When you linked your Steam and PlayStation accounts, both accounts already had different game data attached. During the Marathon account-linking process, you’re asked which Marathon progress to keep. If the Steam-linked account was chosen instead of the PlayStation-linked one, the PlayStation Marathon progress would be overwritten, which is why it now looks reset.
