Server Disconnection
Was running a contract on Perimeter in North Relay. It was only a few minutes into the run, downed another runner and was trying to get another runner to give himself away inside the POI. Was crouched behind a container and this red error message at the bottom of my screen that said either WARNING or ATTENTION, I can't remember,connecting to server, but after the 3rd time it just kicked me out of the run and I had some pretty decent gear that I lost. I immediately checked my internet connection and speed and it's fine (over 1 Gig, ethernet connection). I've now just been sitting at a screen that shows a pixelated butterfly going through its life cycles for about 5-10 minutes...

That red bar with the warning message that you saw is a connection warning. It means the game is having trouble communicating with the server, so you might notice lag, delayed actions, or things not updating correctly.
