Started a game, it never let us in for 20 minutes. Gear disappeared.
A little background, we played a game before that and got kicked out of it due to some server error and our gear was refunded.
We started another game after that and it was infinitly loading. We restarted a game few times trying to log back in to the match but our attemps was unsuccesful. After about 20 minutes of wait we disconnected a lost our gear.

Hi there,
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
Please try restarting the game, and if you're still experiencing network-related errors, please refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide for troubleshooting.
It wasn't client side error, nobody from my team could join the server. I live in Asia and 2 of my teammates live in Europe thus any provider error is excluded.
