My friends and I received this message with an endlessly repeating waiting message, and after that all the valuables just disappeared. How do I get them back?
We lost all the loot due to a waiting bug. You were able to evacuate without any problems, and later, without being able to exit and view the report, you saw this message. After waiting for a few minutes, I decided to go out to the lobby, but all the things were gone. How do I get them back?

Hi there,
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
Please try restarting the game, and if you're still experiencing network-related errors, please refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide for troubleshooting.
It wasn't a network connection error, because my entire team had this problem at the same time. We are located far from each other, but the problem caught us right after the evacuation. I have not found the returned amount of money in the account, so I would like the problem to be solved in one form or another. Thanks
