Can not hear people in game

Hey guys, I'm unfortunately dealing with an audio issue ever since the most recent update. I can not listen to anybody in game. No Team chat or Proximity chat. I've looked into any and all possible solutions that could have fixed this problem but it still isn't functioning properly. i have noticed that in other games, my audio works perfectly fine. and i also followed your step by step instructions that ensure the very best outcome but nothing has worked. What i have noticed is when i go to settings>social>audio input-output that it only gives me system default and system communications default but none of my other sources are popping up. i have had no issue since the Server Slam and forward until around April.15th where i just can't get it to work. i have made sure to only use the audio sources necessary, even though i use other software's like Voicemeeter Banana & Steeleseries GG, and i still can't hear people. my mic works fine and everybody can hear me but i just can't hear anyone. i took some snips of the settings i was talking about and hopefully it is just a simple fix. i Genuinely love this game and easily put in over 200 Hours and planning to put on more but i truly don't enjoy not being able to talk to my teammates.

To rule out any issues with your audio devices, we recommend that you ensure all your drivers (especially audio ones), Windows, and your BIOS are all up-to-date. Happened to me last night in ranked on Dire Marsh in Quarantine. Heard my teammates for the first few minutes then they just went silent. They engaged. I thought they were oddly locked in and just being quiet, which is rare for these particular team mates. I would still make call outs, but we got through the match. After exfil, and the team summary (kills, revives ,loot, etc) audio kick backed in and they asked what happened. They couldn't hear me, I couldn't hear them. We were both speaking but neither me or the two crewmates could hear each other. Not sure if prox speak was functioning intentionally. I checked settings while I was down in match and everything appeared normal and was working fine the previous 3 matches we played together. Not sure if issue persisted as we switched to discord after.
