Cryo exfil and exfil terminals did not appear on the map lost everything
was playing Cryo archive and the exfils didn't appear on the map nor did the terminals to activate them we had 32 clearance cards and a ton of good loot here is the link to the clip

We have taken note of your report and will investigate this on our end.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
I was playing with 2 of my irl buddies give them their loot back too please

I have checked with the team and this is actually not a bug.
Final exfil is not meant to be a reliable means of exfilling from Cryo Archive. The other exfils are located in game by finding the exfil terminal which spawns an exfil.
We had clearance lv 4 tho, isn't the terminals for the exfil supposed to show up on the map at lv 3??? Last 5 times I played cryo I got the pop up on my map at lv 3 to activate it
EDIT: I see now, I got lucky with all my other cryo runs I did not know you had to scan a terminal to see the exfil terminals lol looks like we will have to run it again 😂 thank you for replying to us! I really appreciate you guys for looking into it, gave us peace of mind because I thought It was a bug
