3. Cryo exfil and exfil terminals did not appear on the map lost everything

We had clearance lv 4 tho, isn't the terminals for the exfil supposed to show up on the map at lv 3??? Last 5 times I played cryo I got the pop up on my map at lv 3 to activate it   EDIT: I see now...

Im gunna lose my mind... I had good stuff and no way to exfile
