Lost everything on a random Monkey error Trio Perimeter.
My entire team lost high tier loot due to a random Money error that took us all out of the game. On trying to reconnect it says “Continue Waiting” with an option to A… continue waiting or B… lose everything. Very unfun, I understand if server issues are a thing it happens but… can we get our stuff refunded??? Kills all motivation. oxcy#9277

That said, Monkey errors are indicative of network issues. These can be caused by problems affecting your specific network hardware, packet loss, or greater issues affecting your ISP which are being passed on to you.
To that point, we recommend consulting our Network Troubleshooting Guide to explore potential solutions. If that doesn't help, the next step would be checking our Optimizing Connections page. Following that, if issues still persist, we would recommend reaching out to your ISP for more hands-on assistance in troubleshooting your network setup.
Additionally, while we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
