Mida Run/Hide (1/6) Quest BROKEN - Marathon PC / Dire Marsh Trios
So I found the chem grenade cache during my first run,
No problem. Had some team-fights, got downed, got revived, and ended up making it underneath AI Uplink where the second half of the quest is. I throw the chem grenades at the PINGED / MARKED objectives. Nothing. I used all FOUR chem grenades and I didn't get a single hit-marker or any quest progress from throwing the grenades at ANY of the lab equipment. So I apologize to my fill squad for wasting their time, assume it was a one-off bug, and run it back again. Now here I encountered some problems: A. I cannot loot the chem grenade cache again (bugged? balance reasons? this is poor balancing if that's the case, the player would be locking themselves out of progression and would still have to endure all of the danger of exfiltration in order to receive what? Four chem grenades?) and B. I proceeded to get third partied / ratted on the quest every subsequent attempt. Absolutely infuriating. Lost an insane amount of gear and every other chem grenade I had in the process of just trying over and over again to get this SINGLE quest done all because I want ONE agility upgrade. Locking a core quest behind a piece of utility that I don't even have the ability to BUY YET just feels horrible. This quest in particular is in dire (pun intended) need of overhaul / bug fixes.
