MIDA contract not working
The mida contract "run/hide" doesnt work if you die after taking the chem grenades from the chest. I cant loot the chest and I brought in my own chem grenades to destroy the lab equipment but it doesnt work

I'm also having this issue; I took the grenades from the chest, died later in the run and was revived (and nobody looted me), and then when we went to the basement in AI Uplink none of the grenades worked. I don't have a video but here's an image of the chem grenades on the crates:
