Cannot connect to Marathon Servers on PC - Centipede Error

Since the update today, I haven't been able to connect to Marathon servers. Error code centipede, I restarted my router, my PC, the game, etc. and have never seen this error before. It is currently 3:15pm EST.

Error code: CENTIPEDE is a general networking error code.

A few things to try:
- If you are using WiFi, we recommend switching to a wired connection
- If you NAT is Strict or Type 3, we recommend getting your NAT into an Open or Type 1 state.
We recommend you refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide for detailed instructions on how to configure your network.

I am having the same issue, although I was able to connect and play earlier after the update. Now, I cannot connect to servers, getting W:8:0002EE2 code.
