Got disconnected and killed by bots at the exfil side.
Ok so i did a fairly friendly run on the Dire Marsh where I get a bunch of loot I was looking for (salvage and some lore item) playing solo.
There was a moment with brief connection issue (not even sure if that's on my side or servers, cause i had a speedtest right next to me showing that it's all good). The thing is, while i was reconnecting (that took me through the entry screen and a couple of loading) i was of course killed by bots.
I lost a lot of good stuff and it just doesn't seem fair. Like at least if session reconnect happend in 5 seconds and not in 30+ it would be better. But i believe that such short timeout should not disconnect and cause the full lose.
I really hope that there is something you can do with the items i've lost in that game due to the error. And really hope that the dev team can look into disconnect issue and maybe there is a way to make reconnect faster, cause in some cases seconds matter.

Still enjoy the game, but when i die fare is much better feeling that dying like this.

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

Forgot to mention, it happend at the end of the game session. Where i triggered secured exfil and didn't get a change to change position and trigger invisibility
ok will you at least work on making the reconnect ability a bit more user-friendly? faster, not returning you to the welcome screen where you have to go through the multiple steps? or at least keep connection a bit longer?
considering i was 100% exfilling there if not due to this temp problem (basically standing with my back to the guarded exfil bots while waiting one minute to reconnect), i would expect a refund, but i guess that's on me
