*UNKOWN* ISSUES WHEN LOADING IN TO FILL GAMES/MATCHMAKING!

I have tried to join a game for the 4th time now and have not been able to join the match successfully! What is going on with the servers! I have had normal regular ping effortless openings and speed, yet when I get to the screen to start matchmaking the game bugs out stating the following two screens! Please help!

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Error Code SALAK is caused by a failure to connect to network resources, and PASSIONFRUIT means that you are being prevented from entering matchmaking due to our system detecting too high ping.

    If you still encounter the SALAK error after logging out of the game and back in, and if you continue seeing this errors, we recommend you refer to our  Network Troubleshooting Guide for troubleshooting steps. We also have an Advanced Troubleshooting Guide, if the Network Troubleshooting Guide did not help.

    If you are using Kaspersky, have you tried Whitelisting both Marathon and BattlEye? Whitelisting an application helps prevent it from being blocked by your antivirus program.

    To whitelist Marathon and BattlEye, open Kaspersky, go to Settings (Big Cog) > Security Settings (or Additional) > Threats and exclusions > Manage Exclusions and then add both Marathon and BattlEye and save.
