CHAT SETTING INSIDE GAME

I’m unable to use voice chat or text chat in the game.

This prevents me from communicating with my teammates. I’ve checked and adjusted both the in-game settings and my account settings, but the issue persists.

I haven’t been able to find any information explaining this, and I haven’t received a response from support.

    I already tried that but it still doesn’t work. I also opened a support ticket, and it was supposed to be resolved, but the issue is still happening.
