    Hi there,

    Thank you for reporting this.

    Error code Salak is caused by a failure to connect to network resources.

    The first troubleshooting step would be to log out of the game and relaunch it to see if that resolves the issue. 

    If that does not help and there is no scheduled maintenance, please refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide for troubleshooting.

    If you are using antivirus software, please whitelist both Marathon and BattlEye. If you are using Kaspersky, Open Kaspersky, go to Settings (Big Cog) > Security Settings (or Additional) > Threats and exclusions > Manage Exclusions and then add both Marathon and BattlEye and save.

    I got salak aswell.

    I do have kaspersky av installed.

    Added marathon and battleeye as trusted apps on it. Verified game files, etc. 

    Nothing worked.

    Don't have Kapersky, no other AV, no other conectivity issue, still on Salak Error (W:8:00002EFI)

    Yeah I have the same thing as nes. I don't have Kaspersky or any AV besides the windows defender one. Tried checking game files. Tried restarting pc. Tried with my phone 5g with usb tethering. Nothing works. Also tried disabling my pc firewall entirely and no dice.
