Gear restoration after disconnect?

Apologies if this is a bad place to post this, I don't see anywhere I can directly submit a support ticket. I just had a run where I was given an anteater error and disconnected, and when I reconnected I was already dead. Is there a way I can request a gear restoration or something? I went in with a 10k loadout, and it would really suck to lose all of that because of a server error. Below is a video of this happening.

    The error code ANTEATER signifies that you’re encountering a broad networking problem. This is a general networking error code and not a server error.

    If you continue seeing this error, we recommend you refer to our  Network Troubleshooting Guide for troubleshooting steps. We also have an Advanced Troubleshooting Guide, if the Network Troubleshooting Guide did not help.

  • Perhaps this is a bit of a different question, but if it's a general networking error (as an aside, does that mean it's an issue with my home network or just somewhere along the route from my home to your servers?), why aren't there any kind of network status indicators at the top right of the screen in my clip?
