Cross save not working Xbox to steam
I’ve been playing the game on Xbox and decided to get the game on steam as well to play on my computer and my steam game is not showing my cross progression and I went through all of your “troubleshooting” steps.
edit: I can use Xbox play anywhere and stream the game to my pc and has my progress but I want to play natively from the pc and not via the cloud. My steam account shows a different bungie acount than my Xbox and it hasn’t asked me to merge them. So I can keep one.

Thanks for reaching out.
In order to set up Cross-Save, you will need your Steam account and your Xbox to be linked to the same Bungie profile. Once an account is linked to a Bungie profile, it is permanent. If your Steam account is linked to a different Bungie profile and your Xbox account is linked to a different Bungie profile, then Cross-Save will not be possible.
