Lost gear due to server disconnect

Reposting because I haven’t been refunded anything and this was for sure a server side issue as what was described is exactly what happened to me

Platform - Steam

Description of Issue - Was in middle of run, my internet was perfectly fine didn’t have any issues and yet I was booted mid game with a prompt to “continue waiting “ and didn’t reconnect till game was over costing me all my gear.

Rough Date and Time - March 15, 2026 I want to say around 7-730pm central

Repro Steps - All I remember was one of the hovering enemies that latches on to you spotted one of my teammates and then I was just booted
