Never Ending WEASEL ERROR CODE

Steam - Windows 10 Pro
Game launches, when logging in on the main menu it proceeds into the intro cinematic and within a minute the "weasel" error code is popped up. This is constant and means I can't even play the game long enough to see past the intro screen.
I have flushed DNS, I have ipconfig release/renewed, I have set DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.4.4.8, I have netsh winsock reset, I have no VPN on, I have cleared all temp files, I have shut down all overlays including ShadowPlay, I have verified game files, I have updated NVidia drivers, I have reinstalled BattlEye, I have restarted my computer multiple times, there is no third-party anti-virus on my PC, I have restarted my router, I am hardwired into the router, the router is a Nighthawk and my internet normally sits at 450+Mbps down and 10+Mbps up.
I literally can't play your game, my friend bought it for me and I can't do the smallest repayment of even a single match with him.
I have already went through the troubleshooting guide, so don't tell me to look it up again with some automated response.

We understand that the Weasel error code has persistently cropped up when you play Marathon. Some players have reported success at resolving the Weasel error code by repairing Windows. When you have a moment, you may wish to try the following steps:

I will reiterate a few things:
I repaired my Windows installation and it did not fix the problem. I am on latest service package.
Things I have done:
-flushed DNS
-ipconfig release/renew
-DNS server as 8.8.8.8 and 8.4.4.8
-netsh winsock reset
-no VPN
-cleared temp files
-shut down overlays
-verified game files
-updated NVidia drivers
-reinstalled BattlEye
-restarted computer multiple times
-restarted router multiple times
-restarted modem multiple times
-no third party anti-virus
-wired connection
-Nighthawk router with no problems with any other game or application (Down 450+Mbps Up 10+Mbps)
-modem model Spectrum EU2251 - it has no NAT
-Nighthawk is set to Open NAT
-UPnP is on
-Ports forwarded according to Advanced Troubleshooting Guide
-No ports are closed on a blacklist
My computer specs are:
i7 4770k (~18% better than minimum specs)
ASUS Z87-A (LGA1150)
32GB DDR3 (1600MHz)
2x2TB SATA3 SSD (Samsung 850 EVO and Samsung 860 EVO) [I am not in RAID]
GTX 1080 Strix (8GB VRAM)
Nothing has worked and, as I said, I already went through both your troubleshooting guides. Yours is the only game that is not allowing me to connect to it consistently. All other applications I use have no issue with my system or network. This is a bug, and I would appreciate if you all looked into why I am unable to maintain connection without getting "weasel" error code.
