I've been receiving a number of network errors which I've been resolving by following the advice on the help pages, but every time I solve one, another one appears. Currently, I'm stuck on the Centipede one.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Error code: CENTIPEDE is a general networking error code.

    A few things to try: 

    • If you are using WiFi, we recommend switching to a wired connection
    • If you NAT is Strict or Type 3, we recommend getting your NAT into an Open or Type 1 state.

    We recommend you refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide for detailed instructions on how to configure your network.
