Constant rubber banding, unplayable
Can't play the game due to rubber banding

32gb ram
I didn't have much issues during the server slam, and I don't have any lag issues in any other multi-player game. A few days after the games launch I started getting rubber banding and desync in every single match multiple times. I've tried reinstalling, reinstalling gpu drivers, changing power settings on windows, closing out of every single program except marathon, trying all types of graphical settings, and I'm out of ideas of what to do.
My internet is gigabit and again I don't really ever lag playing deadlock or rocket league for hours, but as soon as I play marathon it's multiple extended rubber banding instances over and over to the point I can't play it anymore.
I've tried everything I could find in regards to internet connection help on these pages, but nothing helped.
