Error Code: Anteater on duos, wiped my gear
Duos map. Game unresponsive, got an Anteater error at 4:09pm MST. It said my gear would be returned but it wasn’t. Lost all of my gear, including a blue shield and two blue guns. :( My duo got a spinach error code shortly thereafter, but got his enhanced sponsored kit back.

The error codes ANTEATER signifies that you’re encountering a broad networking problem.
If you continue seeing this error, we recommend you refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide for troubleshooting steps. We also have an Advanced Troubleshooting Guide, if the Network Troubleshooting Guide did not help.
The Spinach error code may occur when router settings block communications to or from Marathon services. If you are using a Technicolor or Thomson router, please proceed through these following steps.
Thanks, we’re set up correctly - and both on the same internet connection despite getting different error codes. It seems like this is happening to a lot of people - I have a hard time believing that it’s an issue on our end.
I’ve gotten anteater twice on duos (once before this - no issues at all across both anccounts after *many* hours on non-duos maps since launch). I got my gear back the first time. Would it be possible to get my gear back for this one? My bungie ID is yeetpraylovex#9556. Honestly I’d be happy to just get my blue shield back (although I did take in blue guns as well…)
I understand duos is experimental, but it’s hard to want to risk running an expensive load in if my gear is at risk through no fault of my own :(
