All gear lost on extract: Duo Mode

Raider#2475 I lost all my gear TWICE upon extract, many purple and blue items and all my time wasted due to a bungie "connection error". I was unable to reconnect upon successful extract from the new Duo mode on Perimeter. This happened twice today 3/18/2026. One time was around 5-6:30 pm EST. Profile is Raider#2475 

 

Please help me get my gear back as it was due to circumstances completely out of my control or influence.

    Hi there,

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

    If you experience connection issues often, please refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide for troubleshooting.

  • Bungie Support  It has now happened a THIRD time, I lost ALL my stuff again due to a Bungie error. 

     

    Error code: Anteater. 

    This is 100% NOT client side and I have still NOT received compensation. This is really making me want to stop playing this game... Bungie Support
